We stumbled across this scene quite by accident. Because there were no signs in English and no one seemed to want to speak to us, we had no idea why there was a festival featuring an giant inflatable tiger wacky shack, a Big Wheel race course, and these very talented lion dancers on stilts. The weirdest thing about the sudden festival was that it was quite clearly sponsored by Shell, with advertisements posted everywhere.
