Mother Josefa Alzua Home. After six months of opening the home, the Spanish and Argentinian nuns decided they missed bread and wanted to learn to bake it themselves. With their industrial bread oven they now make it regularly for the kids as an alternative to rice, and sell it to Borderline for our customers.
