So random. Only four groups as far as I could tell in this parade, which I stumbled onto warming up on Elizabeth: some sort of latino mountain group (reminded me strongly of Bolivia, but no sign of explanation), a group of older ladies, a group of dragon dancers and a group of lion dancers.

Also, what's up with the guy on the left? Seemed to be the choreographer, and also Chinese...which fits more with the neighborhood but he was wearing the same costume.
